Ok, so i saw the movie called "Der Untergang" last night, and damn did it ever blow me away.. Short recap of the movie: We follow the people in and around the command bunker in Berlin right before the russians take controle of the city.. You follow Hitler, Eva Braun, The Gobbles family and the "normal" people that surround them, like cooks, secretaries etc.. It is a very deep emotional movie and it shows the total chaos, hartlessness and crimes against humanity that goes on in a war zone and eventhough it sometimes portrays Hitler as having normal human feelings for the people that surrounded him those last days, it also shows the complete madness that was just a big a part of him.. My personal recommendations is that if you only want to watch one movie this year, you should see this movie as it will blow you away.. It is a masterpiece and everyone should be forced to see it so they can see the utter stupidity of making war and what kind of effect it has on the civilian population in the war zone..
