Interview with LadyR!

LadyR: Well; it started some time back; and I'd rather not tell what sparked my interest initially; I've only told ONE person that.

But what got me started, I dont mind telling;) I was in Copenhagen with my husband...and since we dont really are that liberated in Norway, we always browse the more "dirty" shops in Denmark when we are there *grins*. Well, standing there in front of shelf after shelf with "blue movies" trying to decide which ones to get...I spotted a movie with different animals in, grabbed it and held it up in front of hubby, put on my angel face and said "should we get this one?" (keep in mind that this topic had NEVER been discussed before between us...) holding my breath waiting for a "are you sick" - look....That never came; he just smiled and said "yeah, lets get that one too". Phew!! Needless to say; when we arrived home, got some nice alone time and watched that film....HOT HOT HOT sex *grins*. And; we already had the dog, so from there it was pretty easy sailing.... Why I enjoy it? Well; its a kind of animalistic sex I dont think its possible to have with anohter human beeing...(no offence! lol) But if you are asking why I enjoy the forum so much is for different reasons..... I have gotten so many friends in here; and going there is like going to my secon home. I feel comfy, I feel "loved" (well, at least by some *grins*) I feel at home:)

Mickey: Being a parent, how do you manage to keep them from seeing the explisit things thats posted on the board from time to time.

LadyR: Well, my girls are only 8; their interest in computers are limited to games. They got their own computer in their own little living room, so they never axcess this one. I also have a user name to log onto my comp, and if they ever break that, they deserve a medal;) If they should enter my den whilst I am on my comp, I either close it (its a laptop) or use alt/tab and jump to another page;) (Hey; I did learn some tricks over the years using comp at work for not only work *grins*)

Mickey: What are you thoughts on people that say that beastiality and animal sex is the same as rape ?

LadyR: They are completely off the money, IMHO. If my 50 kilo Rottweiler didnt want to be sexual with me; he'd sure would let me know; and I would end up in hospital instead of in ecstacy;) That said....We know that many abuse animals...not sexually always, but still. I think if you in ANY way coerse an animal to do something it doesnt seem to want, by restraining it with ropes fex. yeah; then its RAPE in my book. Also I have a real hard time with people having sex with very young animals...I dont like that much. But what REALLY sucks is that so called "zoo's" find them selfs so much better than beasties..."That houlier than thou" attitude makes me wanna puke! Where the hell do they come off thinking that cause they wanna marry their dogs, they are any better than people that has consenting sex but dont want to marry an animal are any worse? IMHO they can take a flying hike to hell. Sex is sex, whether you fuck or "make love" - it's just semantics. (queen of sidetracking just kicked in *grins*).

Mickey: Are you partner/husband aware of your interest in beastiality and does he/she share your interest

LadyR: Hum...this is a hard one...He is fully aware of it, and yeah; he shares it; but he is not a participater....more of a voyeur and that saddens me a little. But hey; comparing to a lot of my fellow members on BF I consider my self lucky; I never need to hide this side of me.

Mickey: What would you say is the hardest thing about being a moderator on the board ?

LadyR: Hehehe.....I bet my enemies (yup; got a few of those *grins*) would just love me to say that the attcks on my person is the worst... But they wont hear that;-D  The hardest thing is to never have enough time to do as good a job as you should. Its also hard getting pm's threatning your familiy; especially my kids. Cept for that; trying to explain something to individuals with the brain of a brick wall gets frustrating in the long run; yeah - patience is NOT one of my virtues *smiles*.

Mickey: Do the board really needs a rules section that long or are they just there to provide a loophole for the mods to make it easier to find a rule that people broke and thus ban them ?

LadyR: Yes the board needs all those rules. The rules has been built as the board has grown. And as the board has grown, so has the multitudes of mistakes/errors to make..... I dont know how many times I have written what I'm about to write now; but here goes again; In an ideal world; all members would use their common sense and manners and post perfectly all the time. But as we all know; its not an ideal world at all, and our members are as diversed as they are many. Hence the need to have every little detail covered. I know that some of the rules seems silly and useless, but there are actually reasons behind EVERY little rule in there.

As for using the rules as an excuse to ban people. We dont need excuses to ban; the most of our banned members has been so, cause they have broken one or both of our CARDINAL rules; NO copyright/marked material, and no KP/underage stuff. For the rest of the banned ones; well; this is a board that we all would like to keep friendly; the other group stirred up things, lied, bashed and did a lot of other stuff I wont go into here. And since the admins are the proprietors of this place, they have the priveledge of chosing who are welcome and who is not. NONE of the bannings of this special group was banned by an individual mod; it was all done in accordance with the site admins. And that concludes my take on this;)

Mickey: If you should name one big event in your life that really changed you as a person what would that be?

LadyR: Having my children. It mellowed my temper, enlarged my patience, and doubled my heart.... (yeah mushy right? But dont kick it until you tried it yourself;) ) and I think for the first time I felt how being loved unconditionally felt. And so far; I think I must have done something right in my life; they are really perfect kids 'grins'. On the other hand - having someone close to you die changes you too. It kills off that feeling of being invincible...The way you feel when you are 16 and nothing BAD can ever happen to you. That passes quickly when people around you are dying and they are your own age. I've lost 5 people around me the last year and a half or so. It's tuff.

Mickey: How is the publics reaction and attitude towards beastiality in your country ??

LadyR: Well, its a taboo thing..like in all countries I think. But we have no law against it. The law against having sex with animals was abolished in 1974 together with the law against having gay sex (!!). That said; what the law says is that as long as no harm is done towards the animal in any way, and it's not to any annusance to others, you can have sex with animals. However; its not accepted by society. You would be regarded as a perverted sick person if you "came out of the closet". The animal rights organizations are lobbying big time to re-enforce the old law again....so we'll just have to see. This government turned it down, but we'll have a new one in the fall...

Mickey: Do you think the beastiality community can do anything that will ever change the way the public view the zoo lifestyle ?

LadyR: Sadly, no....Not in our lifetime. And the pecking order you find within the society of zoo's/beasties arent helping much. The elitistic views of some just ruins things even more.....As does people that dont have any respect for animals what so ever; yeah ; we do get those occationally.

Mickey: What do you do go get your stress level down - i bet that being a moderator on the board, balancing a life outside the board and having a family all at the same time can be stressfull at times.. so what does LadyR do when she needs to relax ?

LadyR: *smiles* She plays with her children.....Nothing is so relaxing as rolling around on the floor playing with those two fantastic "more important than the world"  little persons.... Cept for that, I like it in the woods  just outside our door...It clears the mind and gives you new energy. Besides that I like cooking and reading and music too. All relaxing and good for "disconnecting" from the board. I also voluntaire for an organization here that helps people in trouble...focussing on others problems often put board problems into perspective; big time!.
